Our maintenance programs are designed to help your new concrete installation stay beautiful and retain its vibrant color for years to come.

When we Polish, Seal, or Repair your concrete, we apply chemical concrete sealer so no maintenance is required for the first 1-3 years. A damp mop with a mild detergent is the extent of everyday spills and clean up. Your concrete should then be resealed every 1-3 years. The time between reseals depends on the amount of sunlight exposure and traffic on the decorative concrete, eventually these two elements will fade the sheen if not resealed.
